Knute has the most amazing, gentle personality - we call him our friendly ambassador! He is named after Knute Rockne, who pronounced his name "Kuh-newt".  He enjoys greeting visitors, and has some tricks up his sleeve - he has been known to play a game of tag with our kids in the house romping around like a gigantic bunny rabbit. When Knute is outside, he is a great working pyr and takes to his role as a guardian naturally, though he is primarily our family's inside companion dog. When we get ready to go to town, he always tries to hitch a ride along for an outing. As with herd animals, the importance of sire is vital, and he is a cornerstone of the breed standard. We've been truly blessed with Knute as our cornerstone, and would pick him a hundred times over! We look forward to keeping one of his sons. Knute has Freedom Farmz and Canadian Graymar lines.
